Production

This is where the magic happens. Once all the proofs are approved, the surveys are complete, and the file is ready, this is your moment to shine. As a production worker, you will be based out of one of our more than 30 production facilities. You and your teammates are responsible for producing the final products through the operation of production equipment. True craftsmen (and women!) our production team members are experts at bringing our customers’ ideas from the screen to life! With a new project every day, our production staff never grows tired of the hands-on reward of a job well done.

Office Staff

Our front office team members are the bones of Marketing.com, building out our company’s infrastructure, developing software, recruiting, and nurturing top talent, and (most importantly) making sure everyone gets paid! We cannot succeed without our boots-on-the-ground, customer-facing sales teams. Marketing.com is a broad medium, with a lot of moving parts and even more capabilities in our comprehensive print and digital marketing portfolio. Our sales teams are true rockstars, with the motivation to build and maintain business relationships, helping our customers connect the dots on strategic multi-touch campaigns. They educate themselves on our latest and greatest products so they can provide the best information to their customers and be better partners. As a member of our sales team, you will meet and secure relationships with new and existing clients, while maintaining and growing revenue and consistently reaching or soaring above your sales goals. Our sales team members are highly motivated, great communicators, and relentless learners. They understand that change and evolution is a given in this industry and they are agile and adaptive to the curveballs of life.

Our Marketing team is second to none, taking information from subject matter experts and crafting beautiful internal and customer facing materials. We are a team of forward thinkers, responsible for the integrity of the Marketing.com brand and providing relevant, interesting, and discoverable content. We are copywriters, content developers, social media mavens, coordinators of sales meetings, and trivia night champions.
